About the Position

We are currently seeking a receptionist for a part-time assignment of approximately 60–80% with one of Adecco's clients in central Malmö.

In the role of receptionist, you will be an important part of the company's daily operations. You will staff the reception and greet visitors in a professional manner while supporting the internal operations with various administrative and practical tasks. You will receive a good introduction to the role and the company and will have several engaged colleagues both locally and throughout the region.

Your tasks will include:

  • Welcoming customers, colleagues, and suppliers at the reception
  • Performing administrative tasks such as bookings, orders, invoice management, travel expenses, and mail handling
  • Managing practical office tasks such as replenishing supplies and basic equipment management
  • Being responsible for conference and meeting rooms
  • Providing support at internal and external events

The consulting assignment is expected to start in January and run until December 2026, with the possibility of extension. The scope of the assignment is based on at least 60%, and we would like you to be available for work about three full days a week. The scope of the assignment is determined by the needs of the business but can also be adjusted based on your availability. The role is perfect for you if you run your own business, study remotely, or for other reasons have flexible availability.

Working hours are primarily during the day on weekdays, but evening work may occur on certain occasions, such as at events or conferences.

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, flexible, and meticulous. You find it easy to build good relationships and thrive in a role where you are the face of the business. With your positive attitude, you contribute to the team's well-being and easily prioritize where needed to see the whole picture of the operation.

We also hope that you are unpretentious, adaptable, and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. We see that you bring previous experience in service and administration, preferably in an outward-facing role.

Important for the position is that you:

  • Have a service-oriented personality and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a professional environment with many different points of contact
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • Have flexible availability of around 60-80%, preferably with another type of ongoing engagement
